wait...I'm still trying to understand this.

The technician takes a customer car for a test drive. He's doing 100mph, according to that article, on what's not much more than a back road (that's over the speed limit anywhere in the UK..never mind some dodgy back road), with known hazards, according to you and your dad, and he sues the Ferrari shop?? How's that work? I don't get it.

I feel very sorry for him and his family, but surely one has to take responsibility for their own actions at some point.

I'm sure there's more to it, but 100mph????
