ya, i think i'm over the whole ferrari scene for a while, wasted my time, i might go for a merc or porsche now simply because its more likely hassel free and i can drive them more lol.

I'm still looking if a good one at the right price comes along but i'm not in a rush, a car is a car and they are far from unique (except for the probs they get)

Update.

any black 360 Moden F1 with cream interior built in december 2000, Number plate "NBJ.31T" is a lemon. The dealer wont let it get inspected, even though we have put down a deposit on it (now i know why 3 other potential buyers have pulled out of previous deals). Getting deposit back but looks like the thing most probably has a major suspension problem that they know about but wont say, also they recon they changed a faulty sensor @ $2000 cost that rectified the "slow down" dashboard menu. But no word about them fixing the suspension issue. Also clutch is due, its a consumable I know but they lied that it was 76% left when actually last reading was its used 76% and that just adds to the expenses of the assumed other probs it has.

And Ferrari sydney said "we know that car well" meaning it looks like they know smething about it aswell but wont say for privacy reasons ect...

Something very sus about that car, anyway I pulled out of the deal, still looking, dunno about looking for another ferrari though, but we'll see
man, you really need to listen (read) comments previously posted. Everyone was saying the same thing, and you were worried about interior colour??? they are 10 years old, cant be too choosy.
Whoever has been looking knows all 360's available. Sould have listened to The Doctor. damelians are full of shit, and guess what, all 360's that were 'sold' are all still for sale. Should have got richies!!
If you are still interested, i know of a couple up for sale, send me a PM and i will let you know what is available and $$$ involved.

If you see anything over in the UK you like, let me know and i'll do some behind the scenes checks foc. If you take it to the next stage i'll have someone inspect it for you. If you're not in a hurry it may be another option for you.

err umm what, who, where, who, what??
Translation, what are you talking about??, you either want one or you dont!!! yes, you will waste your time trying to find a good one....you had a look at one ferrari, made a deal on it, it fell through, shit happends.

If you are keen on one, KEEP LOOKING. Massive jump from porsche to mercedes to ferrari. They all have good aspects, you need to figure what you want first, not what is gonna get you more pussy!!

lol if i wanted pussy i wouldn't use a car to get it coz the ones that go with someone for their car are likely to be the ones with VD.

I understand what your saying but now i'm thinking i'd rather spend the same amount of money on a new(next to new) performance/luxury and get the added bonus of a new car and factory warantee, as i said if a good one at a good price comes around i'll be tempted, but if it doesn't its not the end of the world, i'll just keep playing my cards and hopefully I can walk in and buy a brandnew one sometime in the future and not have to worry about how the car was treated before, how many problems are lurking under the bonnet ect.... One problem and a service is ok to deal with, but when you start adding a few probs a year (which it sounds this one is likely to have) then it would be better to just get a newer one from the beginning.
Richies was good but it wasn't the colour combination i wanted and don't have time to go between states for pleasure. if i'm going to spend that much money on a car, i want it to look how i want it, and not just buy one for the sake of buying one.

Car came down to $165k which included everything, stamp duty, transfer fee ect... yes its a cheaper one, but whos to say one for sale at $220k is going to be any better? Thats the lucky dip of used cars and sometimes price isn't always a good indicator of the cars condition.

Also i just don't trust that dealer anymore, and whoever said that they are just liers at that place was correct, the cars in the showroom seem to sell every week, but then the sales keep mysteriously falling through??? The silver spyder has sold twice in 3 weeks, the R8 sold ones and fell though, same with the R35 GTr, makes me wonder if there are any sales happening there at all?
