Correct, Caltex is good too. I havent tested it properly though.
I've never heard an engine builder of older style motors ,have a good thing to say about shell or for that matter motor-bike people.

My bikes run better on BP, Caltex and Mobil when it was made here. A chemist that used to work at the Mobil refinery here that used to ride did explain it all to me one day but I can't remember any of the technical details. But I do use BP in my bikes now.
