the only effective thing about you is your bills you pathetic bastard, everything that happens MUST be someone else's fault, well PP was in the car with me one day when the car just stopped and although I didn't know it, by pulling the relays out and pushing them back in that was making a loose wire reconnect and off it would go, NOTHING to do with the terminal block you wanker, Marc pulled the relay card out , saw the loose wire to the FUEL PUMP (oh derr) and crimped it in and all has been fine now for over a year but you charged Larry over a grand and it was still there !!!
well the clutch is attached to the car and the PPI was done on the car so you must have been close to the car at some time during the PPI process !!

your logic astounds me at just how stupid you really are

that gearbox was in the same condition I bought it in and as it was only the 3rd Ferrari I had driven then my understanding of normal 30yo gboxes is poor but I NEVER LIED, are you calling me a liar as well as a robbing bastard now , watch what you're saying here , I have never in my life deceived anyone or been unfair in my dealings with you or anyone else and you said yourself at the very start of the deal that there were no guarantees with an engine that came out of a rolled car or have you conveniently forgotten that

err, we are talking about the same car you drove all the way to QLD without incident aren't we... The cutting out you LATER experienced was a new problem. Larry's cutting out was where it went onto one bank occasioanlly. It never stopped completely (like a fuel pump would do)

Your clutch comment is simply comical, and not worthy of response.

I bough the gearbox from you as you said it drove properly before the accident. I was happy to assume the risks of post accident damage... but what I found was ALL pre accident wear and tear... so yes, either... >YOU LIED TO MAKE THE SALE< or you >HAVE NO IDEA WHAT A 308 GEARBOX SHOULD DRIVE LIKE<

hey phil...that's some very good deflecting going on.

doesn't mean you get off with understating the rust issue, though.

you should refund the cost of the PPI AND pay for the repair to the rust, as it would have come off the price of the car if it had been properly described.

Why... is the rust my fault? Did I make it rusty...? Both the owner of the car and the purchaser knew about the rust. if NOBODY chose to do anything about it... how is it my responsibility.

Maybe I should send Moretti a bill for fixing his gearbox, and he can take it off that?

while we're on the subject, did i ever mention that the photo that's currently my avatar is my favourite ever photo of the 355?

actually the background is cr@p. really detracts from the car with the contrasting dark and light sections. i'm sure Ash (if he was awake at this hour) could do much better. but then i could be lying...  rolleyes

PP's cam cover gasket leak was my fault... I chose the wrong product to use as sealant. But his sump leak was much worse and caused the oil to reach the ground causing his complaint. That wasn't my fault.

The incorrect diagnosis he got from TWO other sources saying it was the cam seals leaking, requiring engine removal to fix.. was NOT my fault however.

Goober not receiving parts he never ordered,  was not my fault either.

Other than that, what else are you unsure about?

BS, I said it drove alright from my perspective and as I said I had only driven a few Ferraris before I bought the gt4 so my experience with 30yo Ferraris was poor in that respect, there was never at any time an attempt to DECIEVE anyone let alone you at that time as I considered you a friend and had backed you up in several forums, the fact the relationship went south was all due to you and your pig-headed nature fro absolving yourself from any wrongs or mistakes

maybe I should have just said it drove "sweet"

if you think you're faster than me you're wrong
