Well I got it back from Sydney after two attempts (would not fit in the racecar trailer) It has only 2,212kms on the clock 2012 build just got a few scuffs nothing that canít be fixed.
Now I have a dilemma, fix it and use it as a trackday car, sell it for profit or do the frankin360?
Iím sure I could fix it easy for under $50k using genuine used parts or custom build my own front clip not sure what to do yet the main thing is I have it now.

I'd fix & race. Frankin360 sounds cool but what are you actually left with at the end of the day and does it suit the intended purpose?

What was the wreck worth?

Hardly a "wreck" - whats the front look like?

Fix it & use as a DD - track the 360 for fun

Its quite simple. Fix it up and use as a track car.

Or sell off as parts. There is someone from overseas that posted in ferrarichat that he wanted to get in contact with you to buy some parts off it so maybe that is an avenue.

Or take that lovely engine out and sit it in your living room!!!

Maybe repair and do a custom carbon race/show car.

Take it to SEMA.

Hard to make a call on it without knowing all the facts in detail.
If it can't be registered when fixed I wouldn't bother attempting a fix. It would be an impossible selling proposition.
If someone wanted a track only 458 they would just buy a challenge for less money. A 458 Challenge is now low $200k to give you an idea of the difficulty. It would be faster, better suited for track work and possibly cheaper.

If your looking at parting it out, have a look at the huge range of bits already available cheaply in Europe, particularly Germany.

Not sure which way to go; but research all the options carefully before embarking on the project.

How bent is the chassis or is it limited to front subframe?
