here is my answer......
since it's obvious who the people are that you're demonstrating the car to, and at least two of them are egocentric and can't drive (going by their lap times) i would say you've upsold them into thinking, as you tried with me, that this suspension package will improve their lap times by XYZ seconds (which it won't, of course)
their egos will demand a better lap time, but because they don't see the value of improving their skill level to get the most out of what they've already got and can't see past the lap times, for them, that's what they need for a higher self esteem.
considering all of the above, and knowing the parties involved (gullible and not able to do their own research) i wouldn't be surprised if the answer to your question is 3, even though the answer should be 1.
i hope that clarifies my thoughts on the matter. thanks for asking the question. it was thought provoking.
I won't even ask how much the lap times improved with the 355TT with this new suspension....we all know the answer.
yes, THEY'RE the egocentric ones, of course.
shocks.... see above....
his 1/4 mile time went from low 11? to 10.7.... he never did any timed competitive laps before or after. Ride/handling/high speed stability/braking and traction were all improved, as per his REQUEST and as per design intentions.
