Porsche is Nigella Lawson...... Will do everything superbly, in a predictable comfy way.

Ferrari is like Penelope Cruz, on lsd. Needs chaining to the bed and spanking into submission.

Current model Ferraris are as predictable as Porsches.  Well, my 40,000km 458 is anyway.

Try driving it faster!

And 40,000..... That's heroic, well done sir!

Congratulations on actually using and enjoying your car!

No better way to own a ferrari IMO.

Blame Porsche and McLaren - if it wasn't for them, I'd be showing 80,000km by now. :o

I don't know much about the F430 but I rate it above the Gallardos I knew.

If you did, would you peek to make sure you grabbed the Ferrari keys....

Top effort as always.

I don't get why owners don't use their cars as often as possible, why leave it for the next owner to enjoy?
I was discussing Scud values with the dealer a couple of weeks back and he reckons the difference in value between your average 10,000km example and the well known yellow car with 50,000 km's is only $40k wholesale. What would you rather have, $40k or another 40,000 km's of enjoyment ?

Except that extra 40k km would cost you another $20k in service at dealer rates, never mind the false warranty issues they'd throw at you!

How come you do so many KMs?

I'd max out at 20kms per year.

Weekend drives out of Adelaide mostly plus 3 or 4 weekend trips to Tassie, plus Broken Hill, plus NT etc. It soon adds up. :)
