I wonder if he was knocked back on insurance?  Do we have any idea what age group this driver was in?

How TPP is not compulsory I'll never understand.  Wouldn't the premiums be lower if it was compulsory anyway?  That is, one's own insurance company would have to factor in that another party at fault may not have insurance, which wouldn't be the case if it was compulsory.

As soon as I purchase anything I always grab a cover note.

I know how this feels, but knowing Andrei it would be multiplied many times.

I had a restoration project that I spent a few years on get destroyed within six months of it selling.   :(
