I see Tony DF's La Ferrari arrived last night and will be attending a trackday at Phillip Island tomorrow.

He must have been keeping it overseas as I think it was delivered a while back.

RIP Preston Henn

I'll be interested to see what happens with his 275 GTB Comp.
Possibly the most valuable Ferrari of all.

why is it worth so much, it didnt win lemans, i would think the 250gto that won lemans would be right up there, same with the 250LM's that won.

It is basically a direct descendant of the 250GTO, which sets it up nicely, along with the fact that it's a a rarer variant of a rare, very desirable model. If a 250 GTO is worth 40m+ and is 1 of 33, imagine what a 1 of 3 will fetch today. The fact that it was a le mans class winner (as well as a class winner in 1 other that I've forgotten) probably makes it the best example of the 3.
