Well there you go, I saw this in Mario Kart - car slipped on a banana peel and gained acceleration through bananaplaning, clear-cut case of accidental hoonage, charged should be changed to inappropriate usage of a motor vehicle as a fruit crushing device, $49 fine and a warning to seek out a proper licence for pulping fresh produce.
