Agggghhhh....... that is beautiful.

The 8 Track made me laugh. Do you have anything to play in it? There was some sort of contraption made that plugged into the 8 track slot that let you play cassettes.

Give us the story on the car.

Thanks Heaps

The car was originally delivered in Red with Black Vinyl, Jan 1972.

I have been going through the process of fully restoring her which has been extremely rewarding.

The drive is truly amazing given the age.
May the Horse be with you....

OMG...I think you are about to set a new trend ,when it comes to trimming 246's.

Fantastic, full marks for doing it in   original material.

IMO once scene in the general Ferrari community, more owners will restore the interiors to vinyl ,if that's what it was when new.

To me that trim has very much the correct period look as per the grain/texture.

Thanks heaps Rob,

The Vinyl was period and concours correct, the Carpet was OEM Italian made from Modena and the Mouse Hair dash came from Holland from a trimmer that bought the original machines that produced the Mouse Hair when they closed down.

The stereo was a bloody tough one to find. I ave a place in Eaglemont that will refit the radio to take Ipod and FM.

Pretty cool!

This is my absolute favourite pic.
May the Horse be with you....

I just picked up my Dino before Christmas.

The interior looks like the day it left the factory.

And I was fortunate enough to find an original Radiomobile 8 track stereo that the car was originally delivered with.

I am extraordinarily jealous.

Beautiful, beautiful car. Well done.

Awesome Aaron, congrats. Great job. Merry Christmas to you!

Pics look like brochure shots in monochrome!

Seat belts? Find some nice Britax originals one day? I'm about to restore a set of them for another car, they really top it off. I'll take a few pics before and after shortly.
