If I was given the option with the pricing differences I'd be OK with it.

Buy a car based purely on the condition of that particular car. Dealer is irrelevant most of the time.

Thanks chaps.
Very useful advice.
I was erring towards a dealer rather than a private sale so I could PEx on the 911

Apologies if this has done before but what is the go with imported 360s vs Australian delivered cars.

When buying 911s I have always bought Oz delivered but I've noticed the pool of potential 360s is much bigger if I include UK imports.

Are imports anything to be massively concerned about?  Presumably if the PPI checks out OK and the car is priced commensurately does it matter that much?

I'd be grateful for any views.

Cheers

They're all imported from italy.

The secret to getting a good car regardless of passport stamps is to get one with the busiest recent history. The more miles its done most recently the better.

Buying a freshly complied one that's done only a few km in the last 12 months will most likely bite.

Has any one seen this car in the flesh?
Recent UK import apparently.
Looks a lot of car for the $ judging by the options description

odd ball.

Remember that mods are only worth anything at all if YOU want them. Otherwise any and every mod done will detract from the mainstream market of buyers.

In the real market, this car is virtually saleproof.

But, if you want a snotter it'll prbabbly be a load of fun.

You could buy a basic snotter and tart it all up like this for around the same money.

HUGE alarm bells for me with this kind of thing..... its WAY cheaper to repair a wrecked one like this, than it is to make a nice job of repairing an original car nicely back to original....

Buyer beware.

OK thanks for that.  I guess I need to do more homework.
When you say saleproof do you mean unsellable?
