Some 360's are still trying to sell at 130-140K and they believe they can get it so I would say that if you can get a 430 at $210 which is only $70K more than you would be silly not to do it.

Still don't agree that the 360 looks like the 430 in styling. The 430 is definately looking better but again personal preferences here.

Ship the 355 still looks sharp and always will no matter how old it is!

Line up 100 people and ask them which is which.....not many could tell you the difference between the two....we know because we own them, 90% of people would have no idea.....

Actually, that is a good point, but it's irrelevant. Lots of people think they're Mustangs too!

I think we buy them for ourselves, not to see if others can tell the difference.

Yep very true they would just look at the car and be in Ferrari heaven.

But of course the true enthusiast will always pick it.

are there 360s under $100k now and 430s approaching $150k? Just guessing....I haven't heard numbers for a while now.

well, is a 360 worth 20 x 1960 VW beetles? It just doesn't work like that. Is a 458 worth 4 x 360s? Is a 458 worth $150k more than a McLaren? Obviously some think so!
I don't understand your logic I'm afraid.....we are talking about 2 models that have been produced one after the other that look similar.....I used the older Ferrari models as the older models as a comparison because they were from a different era......I would regard a 430 and 360 from the same era
Everything looks better in carbon fibre

There are 360's under 100/early 100's but the 430's are still over 200K but I am sure you could possibly pick up one for around 210K but will be a 2005/2006 without the CC brakes etc.

When the successor to the 458 appears then maybe the 430 will drop under 200K and of course the 458 will then come down to late 300's which would then be a a bargain to trade up from the 430 IMO.

And of course that is what I will be doing!

I know, but you are saying the 360 looks dated.......

yeah...that's fair enough....I'm just trying to say putting the $ value is very hard to quantify. Obviously enough people think it's worth it for there to be that price difference.

NO I am not necessarily saying that. The 360 still looks nice if it has been well looked after compared to some of the trash I have seen.

My friend has a spyder with BBS wheels and I have to say I love it. Looks amazing on the road.

But I am also saying that the 430 being newer does look more modern but then of course the 458 then goes one step further.

Don't worry mate love the 360, 355, 430, 458, 599, F12, F40.

Now don't get me started on the ugly Ferrari''s that I don't like!
