Dunno about their pricing, many of their cars are unique so it's hard to tell though the GTO seemed a bit pricey

Seems a bit pricey? Totally OTT

It will follow the same depreciation curve as all the others. Good way to tear up $500k ++++

It's a 4.2 slushomatic. Very, very uninspiring to drive. I bought one new ($317k) and it was a complete lemon. Had it about 8 months before I traded it on the 4.7 ltr Superfast sequential. No that was an awesome car, hard to believe it was the same model.  Without a doubt one of the very, very best sounding modern engines. Really miss that car :(

Yeah, I know guys that get a chubby when they start up, not me of course
And they look good too, just saw one at the supermarket, black with grey wheels :melting:

0-100 in 5.1 thats a second faster then the E500 I had and that was awesome under acceleration.

But I hear what you say, I've heard others say that.

I think the 4.2 auto was 0-100 in 5.1 seconds; but it didn't feel like it. You really had to get up it big time as it had so much weight to lug around.

The 4.7 ltr was 0-100 in 4.9 seconds; but felt faster. It was still a  huge, porky aircraft carrier though.

I forgot, the one thing that spoils them as the grand tourer role they are aimed at is a stupidly small and shallow boot.
Looks big in the photo; but that umbrella is actually one of those small collapsible things.

They are huge, thats the drawback I think, like an oversize Vantage, but they are about the most beautiful car around.

The boot looks similar the the 4200, has a depression at one end, if you take the drivers out of a set of clubs the whole thing fits in and the drivers sit alongside.

I'll take your word for it, life is frustrating enough without golf !

On values, I believe the 4.2ltr trades at about $130-140K and the rip snorting 4.7ltr at about $170k and up.
I rather fancy getting an MC Stradale when they become half price and retro fitting the back seats.

Dodger doesn't want, or like, or even GET rip snorting....

He's a slushomatic guy, through and through... he'd love one to bits, trust me on that!

Do it Dodgy!

Why settle for average when you know there is an infinitely better alternative.

Helping out MM ??  :scratchchin:

It depends what you're after.

Dodgy is happy driving a commodore, he just wants it to look like a maza. So the slusho is fine.

The clunkojerkomatic is what he had with the 4200. Better in a GT for sure, but still not a traffic cruiser.

I'm neither helping nor hurting mm. Theres other slushos out there.
