There are about 4 potential electrical problems on a Mondial, all with a few different ways of expressing themselves, but actually, they're not all that bad.

ignorance in the workshop is the biggest problem with them.

And to drive, they're actually very nice, when sorted out correctly and kept as original as posible.

Purchased this from the UK site unseen. Had the car shipped over and can now see that this is a project that is beyond me. I do not have the time.

Positives - car starts, sounds great, have driven it around the carpark. The Mondial is one of the cheapest Ferrari's to keep on the road.

Negatives - rust, but does not appear structural. See photos. Could not get electrics to work - ie windows, lights, wipers etc. Besides looking at fuse box I have not investigated the problem further. Passenger door will not open. Looks like front bumper has taken a knock. on drivers side. Handbrake cable needs to be fitted.

I have the import approval papers that will come with the car plus the original receipt for registration purposes.

Here is your chance to own a Ferrari. The reserve is around the 20 grand mark.

I feel for this guy, I have had a talk to him about the car.

It needs to be VASS'ed and being an '85 means bad news - as well as the issues that the poor thing has......

Some may say that it is his own fault..........I will just leave it there.
