a lot of this could have been averted if the owners had PPSR on their goods and chattels, regardless of whether its a race car or road car I have everything listed on the PPSR system.....even parts that I own especially front and rear clips for a 360 to the point of having the vin engraved into the different pieces of bodywork.

I was very surprised with the verdict, but I had much more information than the jury. Sandro's barrister is a genius though. He turned the whole thing around. Brilliant.

So was I,
As I read PP's precis , I was thinking guilty, till I re read the last bit about the summation by Sandro's barrister.
The barrister is right, but it feels so wrong.
