Long time lurker, thought I'd make my first post in here with some photos of a client's Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.
No Photoshop or manipulation involved, photos are 95% like this out of the camera. Only slight minor improvements made.

Rest of the shoot here.

That's what I love to hear!

As ive said on many other forums, and since ive seen your work, it looks great, just curious though, on stuff where is possible, overhead etc... have you considered removing the light painting streaks left? I feel in some shots, not all, just some, they distract from the shot itself...

Hey, thanks. I've thought about it, triedd it slightly but it's hard to do so without making the photo look too fake, too flat. The light streaks, though distracting, do emphasise the curves of the car a lot more.

hope you dont mind me editing the photo.... but like doctor, i think the photos would be AMAZING without some of the lines. i dont think all should be edited away, but maybe just some of the distracting ones.

but as for the phototgraphy..... top notch!!!

I reckon you gotta take a step back and ask what the objective was.

I personally think anyone can learn Photoshop.

But to photograph what really actually existed and make it look good - that's very different.

Can you give us more insight tangcla?

More or less :) I don't bring any of my photos into Photoshop. I do all my adjustments where I can in Lightroom, but I don't go further than that. :)

I guess in on sense I like to be purist and keep a photo as a photo, but even that is a blurred line with the amount of manipulation you can do in Lightroom these days :P

why is the stripe missing off the front bar?
Good observation ;) Impressive!

The car's an import, the front was damaged at the docks by a forklift. The front bar got resprayed but they didn't replace the start of the stripe.

I've got a photoshoot of more cars if anyone else is interested in looking :)
