Queen Mary...

SD posted that pic of him at Targa again in the TR (or TRossa  ) the other day - man that's a fat car for those roads!

TR is a fat car for ANY roads...

worse bit is that when looking forwards, it "feels" like you're in a 308 size thing...

then you look in the mirrors and see....

I may have had just a lot less experience here - but that's BS from my limited experience.

Every time I've been in a TR it has REALLY felt it's size, that car does not shrink!

I've spent a lot of time in Gallardo's which are on par size and *feel* wise to a TR, but the Gallardo is a car that really shrinks on a hard drive - in fact I think it should be mandatory for everyone to experience one to feel just how small a big fat car can actually feel.

Nope

Trossa do feel big... 'cos they steer like trucks with 16" wheels/tyres and great big steering wheel and crap rack ratio...

But 512TR steering is much lighter and more precise... whole car is "almost" nimble in comparison..

if you don't look backwards... they "feel" smallish... or more narrow at least...

BTW - have you spent hard time in a Gallardo?

Of all the cars I've been in - the G is the shrinkingest car I've ever been in...   The TR, that doesn't shrink, it ALWAYS feels fat, the Murcielago... that GROWS, it feels like it takes up 3.5 lanes.   Haven't been in a Diablo on the move, but I *feel* it wouldn't shrink, however I've been in a Countach driven as it's supposed to, and that car DID shrink!  I really wasn't expecting that, but the CT feels absolutely tiny when you're on the road - in traffic I can only compare it's presence to a Subaru Sherpa. :?

No hard time in a G... hope to put that right with brand new GT3 version arriving imminently!

One of my fave all time road tests is in a Countach.... luvly jubbly! If a Boxer could be made to handle like a Countach, I'd NEVER had sold mine...
