I went to the Lotus factory in 1986 or 7, as part of my college course.

It was kinda scary to see how they glue the top and bottom half together! and then whack on the trim you see down the sides!

But, to this day, the best handling cars I've driven are Lamborghini Countach, and Lotus Esprit.. I also drove an old Elite and an Eclat... they all handle sweetly.. instinctively.

Ferrari's all have some kind of "surprise' about them... but it is precisely that that makes them so much fun!

Good spotting. I didn't pick it up in real life. Very obvious in photos. I'll have Sandro adjust it.

Definitely - that was the first thing I spotted in real life, it just looks wrong.

It's getting done this week. I am keeping the rear grill in red though, as in black it REALLY ages the rear.
