The other significant difference, is seats.

If you're short, you'll probably need a later car that had electric seats as standard. Early manual seats don't go high enough for shorties to see.

Colour also, silver is cheap....

yes, absolutely.

If you're stretching to buy a Ferrari. Don't buy a Ferrari.

No way anybody can have a merc, you will get a chubby in a 360 it is a great looking car and always will be, learn to live with it. If it’s a weekend car/play thing just get one and make it your project car.

As is said earlier its to write off under business..

I'm looking to buy roughly in early to late December, even early Jan. $85k would be the limit at present until my contract jumps up (whenever it does) 8)

If someone can help me find a decent one... and sales goes through, I'll give them $1000 for helping out.

1k wont do it, say 5k and i can get you a couple of wholesalers to get you one, the proviso is simple, they will describe car and decision needs to be made then and there, forget ppi or finance, if you put your name on it you own it, where is as is.

If you want to think about or have a ppi, see a dealer.

The motto of the wholsale industry is.......the car you look at today and think about until tomorrow is the same car someone looked at yesterday and will buy today
Meeting women on the Internet? Remember, the more similarities u “magically” have, & the more she agrees with u, the fucking crazier she is.

Well, he's happy to rip up $40k+ of depreciation on the merc, so the 360 will seem cheap to own in comparison.

Assuming he could find a good car with no deferred maintenance or hidden time bomb problems. Big ask for a newbie, no offence intended. Even veteran Ferrari owners get it wrong.
It will be hard to shift when the time comes to move on as well. Too many cars here for the demand by far.

The Merc will depreciate 50% within 3 years; but at least a warranty should fix the inevitable problems that all new cars seem to suffer these days.

The idea for my purchase is to write it off under business...
Your probably think well than you can throw another $40k for a $120k Ferrari.

The answer.. I'm still a little fish in the pond :( I do not want to 'Over do it' so to speak..

I forgot to mention it probably would be a PITA to use on a daily basis compared to the Merc. Hard to get in and out of, hard to park, poor ground clearance, poor rear visibility and all the other quirky mid-enginee car characteristics.
