Did you use a handycam or digicam?  Anyhoo, either just link em and I can fix the posts to embed, or quote and check one of my previous posts for how to embed video here, I should make a tutorial....

Basic thing is, in the stuff that you copy/paste from the youtube "embed this video" code, all you need is the bit between the quotes where it says SRC="blahblahblah"... and paste it between a FLASH code like this:
