I dont know so much. There is a video of a cop on youtube that pulls up to chat to three teenage boys. One runs so the cop jumps out of his car and starts shooting at him. He fires 4 or 5 shots that all got him and he's down. The cop then walks over to the kid who isnt moving and puts another one through the middle of his back. All caught on camera. He makes up story that he saw a gun, the kid didnt have one. They have 3 separate entities do inquiries and they all clear him of any wrong doing.  :doh:

and that's what's scary about cops. If they're popular enough with the others, they can potentially get away with just about anything.
