Broken ankle  :thumbsdown: the silver lining is that all the red stuff is still inside and nothing is sticking out where it shouldn't be  :thumbsup: caring for open wounds is no joke. I remember my mum screaming and racing me to the doctors with cut up face and teeth missing  :scared:, if your kid starts building BMX ramps say NO!!!!!  :doh:

This kid is 10 & has already broken more bones & dislocated more joints than me in 32 years and trust me, that is saying something.
He just needs to catch up on the 50+ stiches I have had through accidents, sports & getting hit by cars :scared:

Could have been a lot nastier... friend of mine sent me a photo of his sister's leg puncturing the skin near her ankle... happened during a roller-skating adventure, too.
