Wouldn't everyone want one of these ?


The Tucker Torpedo is one of the great what-if stories of automotive history. Preston Tucker hoped to revolutionize the industry with a car unlike any other on the road at the time.

However, due to a variety of problems, he only managed build 51 vehicles before closing shop.

I know a guy in the US who has one of these in his Collection. Next time I am over there I will get to see it.   :eek:

I know the collector in Melbourne with one, he was going to open a museum.

Don't know who bought the Lotus but this collector does collect Yank tanks, so maybe. This guy would be pushing 80 I would say, so doubt the Lotus would suit his taste.
