Are you sure? I thought they had copyright/patent/whatever protection on the shape size etc of the pods. The only alternative I've found are the dodgy refill things on ebay. Might drop into the Woolies (Safeway) and have a squizz.
I buy the woolies ones,only because i can't find the Nescafe ones,they do the job at a price.
having said that if i want a strong coffee ,I hit the instant or an awesome coffee shop in Hawthorn called crab Apple

I think the patent is almost due to run out.  Apparently these pod systems have been around for donkey years, it's only in the last few years they really marketed it and it took off.

Yeah, the machines were like a $1000 not long ago. And the Pods were ridiculous.


The Aldi Pods go in a lot of the machines so I understand.....

Some patents have run out some havent, hence the reason for the influx of of knock-off machines and pods.
