For all you ebayers out there.... anyone know how to have a picture in the description by linking it....

for example using the
Code: [Select]
[img][/img] code... ive tried this but when i click preview on the page, all i see is the code.

A: do you know what code i should use
B: it does work but not in the preview???

Dude, you need a little knowledge in html code to do that.

Got a whole bunch of code for doing different things in eBay ads but it's on the home computer.

The
Code: [Select]
[IMG][/IMG] thing only works in forums afaik.

You can do it in photobucket.

Upload your photos and then just tag them and choose the clickable pics for ebay.

It creates the html text which you then dump into your (html) blurb.

Slightly off-topic, but is there a business that will take away your stuff, ebay it and share the takings?  I've got  junk around the place that is way too good to put in hard rubbish and I don't want to garage sale it (for security reasons etc) and I can't be bothered ebaying it and would settle for half the ebay price (once sold).  Any thoughts?

Yes there is - damned if I can remember the name though.  From what I recall it's a yellowish shopfront in one of the semi-industrial districts, eg Melrose/Hindmarsh or whatever.  It's been at least a year or so since seeing it - I have a feeling it was heading southward as I used to travel down to boganland (Morphett Vale) sometimes for the gf.
