HI Guys

I have tried to set up Icloud on my Iphone Ipad and laptop using outlook 10
I used to have a mobile me account that worked well
I am only interested in the calander, but other functions will be cool.

Is there someone in adelaide that I can go see or come to my office and help me get this set up.
I have managed to get the Iphone and Ipad to work but not my lap top with outlook 10

Help please

Just set up my kids Ipods last night with Icloud so that I can track them live on google maps...  I mean find their Ipod when it gets stolen.

Not sure about outlook 10 though.  All I had to do was update the device to the latest software thru apple and then just log in (using their password) to iCloud and it will then present you with all the options (Mail, Contacts, calendar, find my device, iWork).

Presume ur laptop is running windows? I've given up syncing outlook directly with iCloud but found it syncs well with gmail/google which in turn syncs well with iCal and iCloud.

This is shitting me big time... My life is run of my calander.

It worked perfectly with the mobile me account, very frustrating

Same here! Without my calendar, I'm dead meat!
That's why I ended up syncing with my google mail account which seems to sync without a hitch after that!

I m a huge apple fan but whilst I like the concept of iCloud, it needs fine tuning ESP when syncing with outlook!

Why about contacts?

Are you using Google or ICloud?

I have a Hostus hosted Microsoft Exchange service have had it for yrs. I get all my Outlook calendar and contacts instantly on my phone with no syncing. If someone in the office makes a calendar entry i get it on my HTC within seconds.

Hostus also hosts cloud stuff but havenít gone there yet.

Microsoft Exchange hosting costs are around $45.00 p/m. They are a small Adelaide company in Union St, Adelaide.

Interesting,

I suppose the only problem with that is the using exchanges vs outlook??
