as a bonus i just noticed that posts here get sent out in google alerts now, so if you're subscribed to any news relating to anything posted on the front page here, it will arrive in your email not long after it's posted here automatically.

just noticed we're #2 for search term "wrecked exotics" on oz google

ok, now i know for sure it's yahoo which has the forked up search results that are showing up all the time with weird referrals like all the stupid crack and sex ones at the start of this thread.

clicked on the search listed above for honda nsx buckley's chance on yahoo... yep, it shows ozexotics as #1 result, but the URL is from nearly 2 years ago with the olde gallery system and so leads to bupkis.

less than a week after adding specific sections as mentioned here, a search on google australia for Ferrari Forum, Lamborghini Forum, or Porsche Forum puts ozexotics within the top 3 results for all searches.

hopefully it results in getting some folk who are legitimately looking for a good place to talk about cars.

heh, ok how did you get here?  most people who contribute here are from fchat and there's a few others from other boards.  point being, search engine results wasn't particularly important because people came here following links posted elsewhere.

anyone got any ideas about getting listed better on yahoo and msn?

google is awesome, as you can tell results are great and very quick to show up, but msn and yahoo take weeks to show anything, and then the results can be kinda strange.
