The up market car washes like Splash should install these for prestige car owners. While your car is getting washed you can give yourself a thorough wash including all orifices. For the full wash service they could do what they do on the cars but this time employ Indian girls to "hand" wash the owners.

I had a shower similar to that in a tiny little hotel room in Osaka.
It was fantastic, I took 4 showers per day.
