How would this compare to the NBN?

One is going to be a superfast network that is well worth the spend and the other a big hole in the ground that we keep pouring money in to. But I can't comment so I can't tell you which is which.....  :p

I'm looking to update my phone (Galaxy SII) and am leaning towards the Samsung Note 3.  It is a little on the big side but it seems to have some good reviews.

Reminds me of a photo I took of someone many years ago with a tablet that we joked phones might get that big.

Why not Apple ?

I don't like Apple.  The way it controls everything.  E.g. I had my iPhone connected to work PC.  Bought iPod and connected to PC.  Work PC died so I bought the latest MacBook Pro Retina display thingy.  Connected my iPod to try and sync to iTunes and it won't let me.  All to hard.

I'm going back to my Sony walkman. :D

Ok, thanks will do, our contracts are up so no rush.

My wife has iPhone and she too is thinking of going Android because all her friends have moved away from Apple.

Still loving my HTC one

although I've dropped it a few times, and the speakers have gone really scrambly now.

little shop in frankston town can fix it while I wait for $75 they say.

Those tiny speakers can be very sensitive to metal debris from a grinder/file. Something to bear in mind in a workshop.
