Honestly do you really think that the FIA stewards after reviewing data & everything available to them can't tell the facts, that's why there was a 10 sec penalty for 2 events of running into Hamilton, just because you saw a red light on the telemetry does not prove a brake check

In all racing the driver directly behind the safety car controls the restart, once the safety car has indicated they are pulling in, the lead driver can slow the pack behind as much as they wish, its the best way to get the jump on restart. IMO Vettel lost out on the previous restart & was worried to loose out again, he was accelerating before Hamilton took off & was caught out, sadly there is no way it's not his fault, his responsibility to stay far enough away...end of story.
