perfect example of dodgy specie stocks

IXR -  an in specie distribution of a 20% holding in MNS to shareholders got voted down.  so instead the directors decided to sell the shares to some random sydney investors at 2c a share.  MNS is now 80c a share.

I have details of communications between directors and an advisor telling them not to do the sale and keep MNS within the company umbrella.

That makes my blood boil.
