Corrosion showing = bigger cancer underneath , usually. Run away!
What services has it had done in the massive 120km/year travelled? An oil change or two ?
Iconic impractical car!

Actually it is more important to know your budget for the next few years. How much would you be prepared to spend on routine maintenance , insurance , The Unexpected , and possible depreciation, per annum?

A question lads , what is the rustproofing on these cars like? Galvanised? In humid states like Qld , storage conditions would seem to be crucial. "Garaged" is as good as "outside" unless the garage has AC. As far as I'm concerned these kinds of vehicles are only "collectible" if you can keep rust away or at bay (and often you can't see what's happening inside).

Don't even mention the maritime environment of canal estates! Salty air = $$$

A PPI would be the first step in evaluating the feasibility of a cheap diabolically handling Diablo!
We'd all love one though , in principle .

It was my understanding of the market for diablos (sans 6.0, Late SV,  SE30, or Roadster) from talking to some lambo owners, that Mid to High 1's is about right.

so if this car isnt quite copesetic i guess thats fair

but $295k is crackhead price, i'd rather that 6.0 with 90k's on it for $200k and spend 90k on tidying and repairing that.

The car was adevrtised for $199k until 1 week ago.

It's tops a $150k car, as it's an import and because the mileage is so low, EVERYTHING in it will need to be replaced as it will all be seized up.

you're not confusing it with another red one?

as said, better off with the VT, offer them $150k.

gold one at the asking price will be there forever.

No. The other one is an Aust Del VT. That would be an immensely better choice over this one. It's a 4WD VT, it has PS, it's quicker, more reliable and it's priced correctly.

Funny, I hear "power steering", "4wd", "reliable", etc... My thought is "GIVE ME A REAL DIABLO YOU PUSSY"
