There is a Yellow aussie G runing around (when I say running around I mean not physically running lol)

My mechanic sent me a messageover night sayiing a Sydney dealer has picked up a 06 Aussie yellow G and it is a complete bomb. It is meant to be at Lambo Sydney at the moment with its whole ass apart getting an engine rebuild and it will need a lot of component parts.

He gave me the heads up not to touch this car and to pass the messag along to any potential Gallardo buyers.

I am wondering if it is one of the Super Car Club lambos? They had a yellow G didn't they?

Goes to show buying aussie delivered isn't always the right choice.

Thanks for clearing that up before I got my hopes high.

Well hang on, if they do a good job on the engine, wont it be a GOOD car to buy?

It.s no big deal doing an engine.

FYI:

SCC yellow #1 was an 05 and was sold in 2007. Period of time having passed means any issues now are not relevant to SCC ownership.

SCC yellow #2 was also 05 and has a black roof. It went in 2010. Easy to spot car - SE look.

Also too - we did actually give a shit

Yeah, why is it that every time a SCC car comes up, everyone immediately assume that it will be a complete POS.    :irked:

People driving cars they don't own
High mileage
Multiple drivers

Would always make one wonder wouldn't it?

Most car rental places make you pay extra after travelling a set number of km, but as a result of being a car rented by many people and driven regularly, I'm pretty sure they would get serviced a lot more.

^That's been on Carsales for a while now.

If the engine's being rebuilt then we probably wont see it for at least a few days.
