He has also had this for sale for more than a year now. Started off at $175k and now it is $126k.

A forum member on here was looking at it a year ago and never bought it.

in his description he mentions

That was just a typo, instead of typing 126,990 he's hit 226,990 in his info section.

What you guys think? 40 000 Euros for a gallardo spider?

http://www.jameslist.com/advert/378351/for-sale-lamborghini-gallardo

Way too cheap even for USA prices. I smell scam.    Everything about it screams USA, except car photos are in Europe eith Euro plates.

LHD anyway, useless if you are thinking of taking it back to AUS

Yes, the price is out, although nothing wrong with a track focused LHD car, can import into AUS for that purpose I believe.

Convertible?????

I would rather get the 56k C63 on carsales as a track car, then put the money saved in price/maintenanc/importing for tyres..... plenty of tyres

Yeah, I was generalising about the Lambo, not referring to the open roof model, but heck, one may want to look apart on some of these "race" parades I see frequently at Eastern Creek ;)

This video says it all..so funny: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J7A-cWq701c

Incidentally, not digressing, but the current/series 1 C63 - as much as it is a great street car, it struggles on a tight track, unless of course you're into drifting. Traction control even on sport mode I find too restrictive at Eastern Creek and without traction on, yeah, you just fry tyres without mercy, so I would pick  Gallardo (for a track car), even with the 4 wheel bias, personal choice.
