There you go! South Africa would be a candidate. I mentioned Japan already. India didn't have money in the '90s so I don't see any Lambos would've ended up there and there are no Roadsters in Indonesia, just coupes. Same with Philippines and Thailand.
I've heard from Indian friends they've seen Diablos in India. There's a lot of seriously rich people there ... huge population like China ... and plenty of Billionaires and millionaires. I'd be very surprised if there weren't a few there.

South Africa would def have some too ... few years ago I'd know who to ask since my dad was there and connected, but sadly he died in 2006 so no joy!

Found the 6th. Champagne gold, still with its first owner, resides in Melbourne.

I think I might know where the 6th car is ... there is a silver one in a garage in Sydney called Racing Red in Marrickville ... :-D ... unless the Melbourne one relocated here.  One of the guys gets his Ferrari serviced there ... been in there for years apparently ... I'll try to get some pics of it.
Saw this one last month in person.

Great looking car until you got close to it.

- LHD conversion to RHD, so it's NOT one of the factory RHD cars.
- the Roadster coil engine was swapped for an early Diablo distributor engine
- early Diablo rear bumper, which means the car has no reverse light (reverse on the Roadster is in the bumper)
- resprayed badly
- panels misaligned and cracked everywhere
- non original rubbers
- electronic suspension and wiring/switches removed
- roof release switch and wiring removed
- no carpets
- no books
- bits of trim in the cabin and boot missing everywhere
- no tool kit, roof plugs, wind deflectors, bags or accessories
- needs tyres, clutch and she leaks from the engine, gearbox and diff
- leather was cracked all over the interior

She needs $200k to be made good and then you would still have a converted car with an early engine.

To understand the engine issue for the Ferrari guys - this would be a F355 with a 328 engine in it.

Even if this would be given to me for free, I wouldn't spend a cent on it as at the end you would have an un-saleable car.

It has been up for sale for ages asking just under $400k.

It is not the Milan show car. Just using a bit of common sense - if it was the show car (1996) and the factory simply didn't sell it for 2 years (1998), when they finally sold it in 1998, the factory fitted the larger 18"wheels, the updated 1998 interior, the VVTi engine that came from 1998 onwards AND changed the VIN to a 1998 VIN? Uhuh.
How about it's just an arab 1998 specced new in the launch colours?

I passed on it when it was for sale in 2007 for $150k.

Right now, considering where values are, yes, the asking price is right for a mish mash car like this. A correct car, like mine, would cost you $800k+ landed from the UK.
