Hi, I would like to update my car (LP140) with a LP560 bumper bar. As the cars are handmade and it's difficult to get a great fit (and colour match) without a lot of skill, who are the best panel beaters/spray painters in Sydney to do this (south side preferred) THANKS!! ED BURTON

Curran's at Auburn would be your best bet. They have plenty of high end cars going through their doors.
Give them a call

Another vote for Currans - they installed a 570 bumper on my L140 late last year.  Took almost a month from start to finish as they had some issues along the way but the final fit and finish was perfect so well worth the wait.

Can't help you with the best place to take it to. But I can confirm from a number of sources that Network Auto Paint on Brunkers road near Bankstown is complete shit house.
You can say I'm wrong, but my garage doesn't agree with that statement!!!

I haven't used the following, but have been recommended:

LSR Body Works in Artarmon (Authorised Ferrari body shop)

Vehicle Colour Design Centre in Rydalmere (Plenty of Mercedes Benz restorations, etc)

Just make sure you check in all light. I get so many cars with poor colour matching and imperfections that can only be fixed up by the spray painters. Check the metallic between original and sprayed panels too.

Also, with machine buffing, make sure there aren't buffer trails all over the car. The majority of body shops are notorious for this!

As jamesatfish said, it's worth waiting a bit longer for quality. No one appreciates a rush job.

Thanks guys for all your input very, VERY, helpful.
Jamesatfish when you put the LP570 bumper on where did  you put the number plate (I thought it wouldn't fit on the front but the LP 560 would?). THANKS!! ED

You just reminded me.

North Shore Classic Autobody  (NSC) at 35-37 Dickson ave Artarmon do a heap of Lamborghinis now... you would expect them to since they bought the Sydney Lamborghini dealership 6 months ago...
