The anniversary models are very unloved and quite plentiful. The others have been for sale for at least the year that I was researching, which tells you that they are way overpriced.

And this one:

ROFLMAO at the price!

I think Norm was extremely lucky to sell it. The economy is in very poor shape, getting worse and I personally think the next 18 months will be extremely tough indeed.

How Chrysler screwed up the styling very quickly

Anything but an Anniversary is getting harder to find.

hmm...whilst sitting on the beach in Thailand.....

I think Countach's will outshine the Miura's in the future.

Dreamin!

Are you really saying that if you had a miura now you'd swap it for a countach?

Not even the remotest of chances IMHO.

I can see both sides of this. The Miura's value will probably continue to grow because they are the 250GTO of Lamborghini.

The reason Dean can see the Countach overtaking the Miura on the Lambo totem pole is because unless youre of a certain age you dont even know the Miura exists. Ive even seen younger people describe the Miura as ugly. On the other hand, every boy of the next generation wanted a Countach growing up and still does.

The Countach is probably the most famous supercar of all time and im guessing Countach posters still sell very well.

People that made the Wheels 50 sexiest cars of all times were on some pretty serious drugs when they made it. Some cars listed on there are beyond a joke, but that could have a thread all of its own.

I'm GenX and even though I'm not someone who would buy a current Lamborghini (that may change with the Estoque) I had a wall covered in Countach posters as a kid.

These days though if I had to make a choice I'd take a Miura as I see the design as more timeless.

Apologies if this has already been discussed but did anything ever come of the Miura 2006 concept?

Wikipedia -
Lamborghini president and CEO Stefan Winkelmann stated that the concept would not mark the Miura's return to production, saying that “The Miura was a celebration of our history, but Lamborghini is about the future. Retro design is not what we are here for. So we won’t do the Miura.”

Sad though, the Miura is the one pre '90s Lamborghini I like the look of.
