Problem is they have a limited market. Most, including myself, would opt for the  x5M. Having said that, more than a 50% drop two years is a good buy.

That's exactly what I did, opt for the X5M. The X6 is as useful as tits on a bull, it's the answer to a question nobody ever asked :rolleyes:

You can be a billionaire but have no cash flow to service debt, then due to ego they don't sell anything or have an unwavering belief that something big is going to happen to bail them out, then the finance companies pull the pin.

The guy gambled and won big.. You can only do that so many times before shit hits the fan... Not all of these gambles were calculated risks either.

Wouldnt mind the ANZ box at Homebush he has had to give up..

Seems like he was trying to do a Rinehart.  He just wasnt smart enough to realise paper money and real money are two different things.
