I guess the diesel would sound OK????

Go listen to a current model LandCruiser or Range Rover TDV8 to know that there is some hope.

It's a long sucker at 5.15m.  My S65 LWB is 5.2m long and it is a very long car.  No-one's going to be punting the Estoque through the twisties for the sheer hell of it.

I think it'll be a two door.

Um, on each side by the look of Lamborghini's press photos. :D

Go listen to a current model LandCruiser or Range Rover TDV8 to know that there is some hope.

The problem with a diesel is you can only make it sound tough, but never exciting, due to the limited rev range.  The joy of a high performance petrol engine is the huge octave range 8,000 rpm can give you.

In today's Drive
http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/ArticleDetail.aspx?ArticleID=57379&s_rid=theage:rainbowstrip:content1:lamborghini

From the article in Drive....

The Estoque is a car with a look of great strength and presence helped by a wedge shaped front-end, taut lines and bold rear haunches that house giant 23-inch rear wheels shod with 19-inch Pirelli P-Zero Rosso tires.

Be glad you aren't a tyre-fitter in 2012.... :o
