Thanks for everyones help here. After much thought, I ended up getting a 2011 560-Spyder. Will leave the 640 or possibly 2nd hand Aventador for my next purchase or if I win the Powerball

Well a few reasons - 1) had the old coupe, and wanted something a bit different. 2) my DD is a convertible at the moment, but will be changed to some species of sedan, so the weekender can be even more impractical now to fill the future void 3) got a pretty reasonable deal on the Spyder as compared with the coupe at the time. Sadly, a much, much better deal came up a week later on the coupe but that was not predictable.
