That interior on the 6.0 looks terrible in contrasting orange.

Yup ... prefer my black I have to say!

Andrei! A UK roadster for sale:
https://www.classicdriver.com/en/car/lamborghini/diablo/1997/322562
I've been following that car for quite a while. It is probably the best RHD (16 built) in the world.
Perfect provenance, low km and stunning colour combo.

With the ask they have on the car, plus taxes to bring it here, it would be over AU$800k landed though.
You make something idiotproof, they'll make a better idiot.

Had a look through the lots and much to my surprise found this:

http://rmsothebys.com/ny15/new-york---driven-by-disruption/lots/ferrari-cavallino-rampante-bronze-sign-c-1960s/1078305

FWIW the lot description is wrong as it was commissioned by Ferrari and made in the late 1980's. There are two sizes, the small one shown and a massive 183 cm version.
I have half a dozen of these in my garage right now

I remember seeing you posted a rather large bronze sign here sometime ago, what a great collection!

Thanks Richie :)

I have them in both sizes. Took me 10 years to find the original, they are pretty rare.

The auction also has a chrome Cavallino that they also claim was made in the 1960's. It is a modern era version that Ferrari was using until recently.
RM should sack their researcher who put the lot descriptions together  :p

Despite RM's valuation and what you have shared of your incredible collection, your Amalgam 917K still remains the piece of your automobilia that is most prized for me, for obvious reasons.

The 917K is a cool model; but that one isn't an Amalgam. It came from Germany and is a larger scale,  1/6th from memory.

For some reason I had in my head that your 917 was Amalgam. How does it compare in detail?
