Lambo Melb and Syd are both operated by the same company - and thus people.

As much as I like the guys in Melb (JS, TD, JD and service staff particularly - even AS has always been good to me), and find them very helpful - if you live in Sydney and are seriously wanting a car, then deal with Sydney. You will be back to the dealer from time to time - especially with crazy roof gremlins on the Spyder - so it would be in your best interest to form a good relationship with them.

Next on the list is the Test Pipe..... The Tubi sounds great and with the test pipe should add about 25HP....

Im selling the M5.....(16,800klms) wty to end of sept08.,  GT2 is on the way........ (not sure if I will sell the Lambo.....)

so what does owning a Lambo feels like?

Good = Very different cars, exciting, Dream come true.
Bad = Too much attention (for me anyway).
Ugly = Running costs are high, like any other exotic.

Makes everything else so boring to drive..... (except the veyron etc...)
Wife struggles with the concept of having so much money in cars........... We can buy another house etc.....
Trouble is ..... its always cheaper to get rid of the cars..

and i am not sure whether having an exotic will be like a baggage, as in you always have to carry it, unlike the Toyota it never brothers you

I think he means more like people following you around, a dozen phone cameras every mile, etc.  Exotics are a pretty low risk security wise, at most I'd be concerned about vandalism - but you don't hear about much of it in Oz.

Ash is right, Most people following you to take photo's...........

Most are really polite so you dont mind too much but, you do get the wankers....
I've had 3 cars follow me once and they looked alittle suss I pulled up ready for whatever and they just wanted to take some photos. Young blokes that havent seen one in the flesh...
But you never know with car jacking etc. You get every idot with a P plate wanting a race, every cop trying to follow untill they run the plates and see your local. Then they actual do patrols down your street when you would never have seen them before....

One interesting thing is if you've parked it near a coffee shop (example) and your sitting done with wife enjoying a coffee you can hear peoples comments.
you know the type... must be a wanker to drive that thing etc...

Ash, Lights look great. They had to replace a front strut and I forgot to ask them to lower the front.... (Adj Shocks you see....)
Will have to use the lift more but it will look alot better.

Need to give it some TLC and take some photo's, Then need a good drive. I think Neon is back soon and we've arranged another 5am start time.....
