Hi Everyone, Recently bought my first Lotus, a 79 Esprit, and am looking for information on who I should go to in Canberra to get work done. Don't really want to have to take it to Sydney at this stage.

Car's not in bad condition but does need some mechanical attention, especially the steering.

My Euro specialist (who isn't enough of a sadist to work on old Lotuses) recommended Grant at Dyno Tune Mitchell.

I am a self confessed Lotus nut and love Esprits. Unfortunately my Esprit was destroyed in a fire in Goulburn.
I now have a Lotus Excel.
I build race engines and have built Esprit engines, but don't work on cars so can't help you.
When I build Lotus engines I use Autotech on Hume to R/R the engines. They do good work and Paul at Autotech knows Esprits.

First of all, Thanks to those who offered assistance to a newbie.

Unfortunately I'm travelling a lot at the moment but will pick up the thread with everyone and try and meet in the not too distant future.
