ask Richard from SSC to have a look, he has done all my work i cant do myself, and also on Alex's 19080 esprit turbo which SSC now own.  if anyone in Syd is qualified to have a look its him.  cremorne just dont do esprits often enough any more, the expertise is long gone.

look for corrosion, this yellow one lived one street from the beach for years....liners are not done as far as i know.  cosmetically its brilliant but start driving it ASAP, its sat at CTS for a year or more, this is in addition to the previous owner not driving it whilst it was up for sale on carsales for a year - they really need to be driven.

Ferraris are the same but two that I bought sat for around 2 years each and have never had a problem in 4 years. I was expecting some bugs but both have been great.. so he might get lucky.

Agree. They might say last service was only 2000km ago, but that could have been over three years ago.

When I was looking over 30 months ago, that car was for sale (but over $20k more than the current asking price, so did not check it out). So it possibly has been sitting for a long time. It may need a good service to make sure stuff like the belts have not deteriorated and may be due for change the fluids etc.

Life would be easier if they used timing chains in exotics instead of belts... Belts are a manufacturers way of forcing you to do maintenance.
