I don't recall taking much notice of that at the time, still exploring this forum.
Australia's a small country and the activity on a Maseratti forum is too little to really keep it going properly, the UK one is alive and full of all the answers to those little queries that bugged me, why does the rev limiter kick in before the red line ? what are the beeping sounds on shutdown ? ad so on and so on, I read the manual but must have missed this stuff I guess I'll have another look.

Apology accepted, just go with the flow this is to be enjoyed don't examine every post expecting perfection, save that level of scrutiny for your job.
