Why do people post this shit....if you are serious about buying a certain car test drive one......its the only way to see if you will still want to own one....

The hint is in the name 'test drive'......

How does one test drive a 3200gt? There are none in dealerships anywhere, I dont know if you've had to sell a car recently but I don't like letting Joe Blow from up the road taking my car for a drive just because he feels like it!

Also considering the nearest 3200gt would be in NSW and I'm in Brisbane......

If you don't like people posting this S**t why comment on someone else's thread? You don't have to comment if you don't like it....like they say in school.....If you've nothing nice to say, don't say it at all! Or didn't your mother teach you that?

Appreciate the link there, but I have tried this path before. Ended up waiting 40 mins for someone to talk to me, before telling me I was wasting their time, but if I like they could take me out for a fee.....

I'm too young for their insurance to drive their cars.....

Can you get Insurance for the car if you buy one and if so how much?

How old are you?

Just buy one. I guarantee you'll like driving it.

And if you dont.... sell it.

Its that simple.

Trying one out if you have no ability or intention to buy won't happen in most cases.

I figure I will like it! Just wanted to see if anyone was available to take me for a quick spin.

The car I like is in WA.....I am re-financing at the moment and am taking a loan out for it but it is still a little away yet.

If you are serious and have done your due research AND HAVE THE CASH.

This is what I did for my first porsche
Found the car I wanted (that took some time)
Negotiated price (that also took some time)

Flew to Perth
the guy picked me up in it from the airport, he drove me around the block, I then had a drive.
I liked the car so we called into a bank, I got a bank cheque made out to him, I gave him the cheque.
I then took the car and put it on a truck headded for home.

it is easy, you have to make the commitment.

I didn't even see my current one untill I picked it up from the depot here after having it trucked from QLD.

This is my plan.....Im just trying to get someone to take me for a spin in a Masser before I buy one to see what im getting myself into, that's all.....I am buying this car, but until I fly over and ship the thing back Im curious to see what they are like.....

I always liked Commodore's till I went for a drive in a R8.....Then found they were too big and cumbersome....thats what im trying to get at!

it would cost what? $500 to fly to nsw and test drive one.........youve been knocked back for driving one by a dealer i assume as they figured you are a gunna..........

As Brenton posted if you want one it aint that hard to do so........
