To me it doesnt look like something worth waiting nearly 10 years for
It looks like a mid cycle refresh

but I am not the target market, perhaps those that are appreciate the classic subtle styling

The first thing that jumps out at me is that both the front and back have been given elements of the Granturismo.  Never liked those Mondeo style tail lights either.

Very lazy update from a design perspective.
