I've just adapted. It's helped me improve my typing skills  :tilt: For me, once I go beyond the window with my reply, the line appears v-e-r-y-s-l-o-w-l-y- and I can be typing about 20 characters ahead of what's appearing on screen, as WELL as it being off the bottom of the window.

It was certainly nothing to do with anything recent IMO, but it is something that changed suddenly one day some time ago.
