The new pricing laws don't just apply to Car Yards.

Imagine if someone like me (an exhaust retailer) quoted prices on my website, but didn't include GST or Duty, and then just shipped stuff direct from OS to the buyer and lumped the extra costs onto them?  This is one of the reasons behind the new National laws for retail pricing...

Alot of the car yards include a net price in fine print, but why rely on the law to ensure that all car yards do this?  Isn't this something to blame on carsales or the merchant, rather than on the govt?
